Clearing & Forwarding - we are envisaged in providing any service, either dirctly or indirectly, concerned with the clearing and forwarding operations in any manner to any other person or organization.

Import - assisting with the complete Import requirements regarding Clearing & Forwarding.

Export - assisting with the complete Export requirements regarding Clearing & Forwarding.

Logistics - we provide a comprehensive service towards all logistical concerns, namely the transport of containers / vehicles to or from the port, the transport of containers / vehicles to or from various destinations or countries, as well as re-packing of containers.

BONDED YARD - area approved by customs and excise for storage of all goods still under customs control, free of any customs duties or taxes.

Road Bond Facilities - all terms under customs control, voided from duties and taxes while in transit through Namibia.

As a

CLEARING & FORWARDING agent we undertake the following activities:

receiving the goods from the port of Walvis Bay on behalf of any consignee or his agents;
storage in our bonded yard of these goods;
receiving orders from clients as to the shipment or further dispatch of goods;
arranging dispatch of goods as per the directions of the consignee by engaging transport on his own or through the authorized transporters of the company.

In order to clear goods, we will need the following documentation:

Bill of Lading
Detailed Invoices for goods
Individual pricing of goods
VEHICLES - Registration Documents
ID copy of consignee on Bill of Lading

Once all necessary correct documents are received, we guarantee to custom clear your valuable cargo within 72 hours.
